Please read prior to coming in for your appointment.  

 

  • Any person who has symptoms of COVID-19 OR travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days OR were identified as a close contact of a confirmed case must stay home and self-isolate.
  • All patients should self assess for symptoms of common cold, influenza, or COVID-19 prior to entering the clinic. Here is a Self- Assessment Tool you can use prior to your appointment if you are unsure. Please note if you have symptoms don not come in for treatment, instead please call 811 or contact your local health authority.
  • Note that we have redesigned our facility to allow for proper social distancing and added additional cleaning protocols.  
  • Anyone in a high risk category may wish to seek alternative care or private treatment.
  • The use of masks during treatment is optional, this may change subject to orders from the Public Health Officer and the BCCDC. It's always good to bring a mask with you so that you can wear it when you're not able to socially distance and when your practitioner is starting your treatment. We have disposable masks available for sale if you need to purchase one. 
  • In order to help us reduce laundry please consider bringing your own clean  blanket. 
  • In keeping with our mission to provide accessible acupuncture for all we are keeping our fees at $20-40, despite having to lower our patient volume and added operating expenses. We ask that if you have not been negatively impacted financially by COVID-19 to consider paying at a higher rate on the scale in order to help us continue with our mission and support those who have been impacted.
